Darla and Jen, two bonded senior rat terriers were surrendered to a high kill shelter in southern Indiana when their family became homeless due to pandemic unemployment. This lovable pair of little old dogs could help make life during social distancing much less lonely for the right human companion{s). Both girls are potty trained, crate trained, and get along with everybody they meet.

Darla is a 6 lb super sweet 10-year-old rat terrier/Italian greyhound mix. She loves to cuddle and stay close to humans or her sister Jen. She has some interesting personality quirks that make her adorably unique.

Jen is a 15 year old rat terrier. She is cuddly, lovely, and very enthusiastic about life. She gets along with everybody she meets and seems to enjoy life to the fullest.

Darla is initially extremely shy and nervous. It took several hours for Darla to get comfortable enough to cuddle on the couch. After a few days she settled into our household routine and now both dogs Insist on sleeping with me every night. Lol
