Brandy is a 9 + year young chow/shepherd mix. She sure doesn’t act like she’s nine! She’s a bit overweight at 45 pounds but we are working on helping her lose that weight. Brandy was adopted from Rover Rescue when she was a youngster. Her person passed away and then Brandy was moved around to multiple homes. The last home she was in decided they couldn’t keep her. I don’t understand why they would not keep her because Brandy is a dream foster.
She is house trained and crate trained although she really doesn’t need to be crated. She is not destructive in any way. She likes to chew on bones and will sit for treats. She loves going for walks and rides very nicely in the car. ’m not sure how she would do with toddlers but she is fine with my grandkids who are 6 and 7. She, and our dog Jenny, get along fine as long as Jenny doesn’t get too excited. When she does, Brandy lets her know to calm down. Brandy was just at the vet and got a clean bill of health. She has a lot of life left in her. If you would like to meet this sweetheart, please call Shelly at 630-362-5759 The adoption fee is $225.
