Hi! My name is Jethro. I'm a 10 month old Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. I've had a rough couple of months in my short life, but am hopeful there will be brighter days ahead for me. I was found scrounging through garbage for food with my mom and two sisters. We were really hungry and the people that had us didn't care much for making sure we were fed regularly. My sisters and I were rescued and those lucky girls were adopted by the same family. I'm really sad that they're gone now because we were really close. I was adopted too but I got returned because the people said I didn't behave at their house. I tried really hard and I liked the people, I just really missed my sisters. My foster family has other dogs for me to play with, which I really like. Most of all I like when there are other puppies here for me to play with. I don't care if they're big or small. I play really gentle. Unfortunately, all these puppies keep getting adopted and I just sit looking out the front door wondering where they took my little friends. I behave at my foster house because I have friends here to keep me company. I sleep in the bedroom in a dog bed, just like the big dogs, and I sleep through the night. When I'm in the house, my favorite past time is napping on the couch. I'd really like to find a forever home that has another young dog or puppy for me to play with. I really need a playful friend because I'm just too sad and lonely by myself. I love children too. My favorite is their 2-year-old because I can take naps with her! I need a secure fenced yard so I stay safe because I am a hound dog and my nose could lead me to trouble. I have been neutered and I'm up-to-date on my shots. My adoption fee is $175.
